Terms of Service.

By accessing or using Signal Alchemist (“the Service”), operated by Signal Alchemist LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Signal Alchemist is an educational and informational tool that provides algorithmically generated trade analysis, market data visualization, and screening tools. The Service uses quantitative models, machine learning algorithms, and technical indicators to generate trade ideas and analysis.

The content provided by Signal Alchemist, including but not limited to trade signals, analysis, scoring, and target prices, is for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes:

• A recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any security
• Personalized investment advice tailored to your specific financial situation
• A guarantee or prediction of future market performance
• Tax, legal, or accounting advice

You should always consult with a qualified, licensed financial advisor before making any investment decisions. All investment decisions are your sole responsibility.

By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. You may lose some or all of your invested capital.
• Past performance of any model, algorithm, or strategy does not guarantee future results.
• Algorithmic and machine-learning-based models have inherent limitations and can produce incorrect or misleading results.
• You will not rely solely on signals or analysis from this Service to make investment decisions.
• You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions and any resulting gains or losses.
• Market data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. You should verify all data through your broker or another reliable source before trading.

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all registration information you provide is accurate and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.

• The Service offers a 7-day free trial. After the trial period, a paid subscription is required for continued access to premium features.
• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis through our payment processor.
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days’ advance notice to existing subscribers.
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as described in our cancellation policy.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service through the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing cycle.

All content, algorithms, models, software, design, and branding associated with Signal Alchemist are the intellectual property of Signal Alchemist LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any portion of the Service without our prior written consent.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including insider trading or market manipulation
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our algorithms or models
• Redistribute, resell, or share signals or analysis with non-subscribers
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service’s infrastructure or other users’ access

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the total amount of fees you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Signal Alchemist LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your trading activities.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY SIGNALS OR ANALYSIS WILL BE ACCURATE OR PROFITABLE.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
